We strive to provide the perfect fit for your footwear journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories like shoe horns or extra laces are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
